Cystopteris bulbifera is a relatively fast growing and
easy fern that is adaptable to many conditions. Fronds are
bi-pinnate, relatively narrow and open in form. In addition to
reproducing by spores this species also produces small bulblets on
the underside of the fronds that fall off and become new plants.
Known as Bulblet Bladder Fern
and Berry Fern.

Nursery
Propagated Ferns - We do not sell ferns, or any other plants
for that matter, that have been collected in the wild. All of
our ferns have been nursery propagated. This not only protects
wild populations, but potted, nursery propagated ferns are
much easier to establish in the garden than plants dug in the
wild and shipped bareroot.
